FIONA O’DONNELL

Fiona has a master’s in Psychology and another in Mindfulness and is a half-time Mindfulness lecturer in the School of Psychology, UCD. She is a facilitator for the 6- week online UMAAP (Understanding & Managing Adult ADHD) ACT informed programme with ADHD Ireland and she also delivers online 8-week MBCT (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy) programmes through www.mindfulness.ie.

Fiona is passionate about supporting people’s mental/emotional/physical health and has completed numerous professional trainings to support this continued learning and growth such as: Teacher Training in Mindful-Self Compassion (MSC) with the Centre for Mindful Self Compassion California, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Training with Oxford Mindfulness Foundation, Positive Neuroplasticity Professional Training with Dr Rick Hanson, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Training with Aisling Leonard-Curtin/ACT Now and has also completed training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy with the Sensorimotor Institute, Colorado.

Fiona is registered as an MBCT Therapist with Dr Zindel Segel International Access MBCT register and is a member of the PSI (Psychological Society of Ireland), MTAI (Mindfulness Teachers Association of Ireland and ACBS (Association of Contextual Behavorial Science).
