YOUR WELLFEST 2026 CHECKLIST - HERE’S EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR THIS WEEKEND!

WE CAN’T BELIEVE WELLFEST WEEKEND IS FINALLY UPON US WELLFESTERS!!! HERE IS EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW (AND PREPARE) AHEAD OF THE WEEKEND.

STEP 1: PLAN YOUR SCHEDULE

If you haven’t already downloaded the WellFest app, make sure to download it now so you can plan your weekend! Within the app, you will find the full festival timetable. We recommend selecting the sessions you want to get to as ‘favourites’, so that you can make sure you don’t miss a thing!

You will also find our festival map and more information on all of our presenters!

STEP 2: PACK YOUR BAG!

The all important question… What do we need to bring???

Below is a checklist of some WellFest essentials that we recommend. One important thing to know: There is nowhere to store your bags on site, so try to make sure you only bring what you need and make sure the bag you are carrying is comfortable to wear!

Here’s what you should try to bring:

  • Refillable water bottle

  • Yoga mat

  • Sun cream (weather forecast is looking good!)

  • Portable phone charger

  • Layers in case of all weather eventualities

  • Cash in case of any wifi issues with card machines (never usually an issue but just in case!)

  • Phone with your tickets and WellFest App to hand

  • Space in your bag for freebies and purchases!!

Step 3: Plan Your Transport

Heads up WellFesters - There is no parking on-site so we recommend you plan ahead and use public transport to get to WellFest.

  • WellFest is approximately a 30 to 40 minute walk from the city centre, and an 8 mins walk from transport hub Heuston Station.

  • If you are cycling to WellFest you will find bicycle parking at the rear of the building, just before the entrance to the car park. Follow signs for the car park. There are also a number of Dublin Bikes stations near IMMA, including one right at the entrance on Military Road (outside Supervalu) and another on Kilmainham Lane.

  • Take, or connect to, the Red line Luas (tram) to Heuston Station. WellFest is an 8 minute walk via Military Road. You can use the Route Planner to plan your visit using public transport.

  • WellFest is an 8 minute walk from Heuston Station, one of two major train stations in the city. Connolly Station is the other major station, which is connected to Heuston Station by the Red Luas line. Consult Irish Railto plan your journey by train.

  • You can reach WellFest by taking a bus (145 or C-Spine buses C1,2,3,4) to Heuston Station and then walking 8 minutes to IMMA via the Military Road gate

Or by taking a bus (13, 73, G-Spine G1,2) to St. James’s Hospital which is also an 8 minute walk via steps to Bow Lane onto Irwin St. and then Military Rd.
