Lindsey is a Performance Nutritionist with a Master’s in Nutrition and Exercise Science and more than ten years of experience working with female athletes around the world — from everyday competitors to Olympic-level performers.

With over 200 fights to her own name and a lifetime immersed in sport, she brings both clinical expertise and lived athletic experience to her work. She specialises in female performance nutrition, with a strong focus on fueling for strength, hormonal health and the often-overlooked role of the menstrual cycle in training and recovery.

Passionate about shifting the culture around women in sport, Lindsey is committed to helping female athletes fuel confidently, protect their health, and unlock sustainable high performance.
