This is a super opportunity to get your hands on a barbell if you’ve never tried it before, and be coached by the experts to learn the basics of how to lift weights. There will be a full timetable of different types of classes over the weekend where you can learn the basics of different types of movements - Or for the more experienced gym-goer, you can enjoy some workouts that involve heavier weights!
